This villa accommodates 10 people and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is an atmospheric living room with a seating area, TV, and fireplace, which connects to the spacious eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, ideal for extensive cooking and dining together. On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with bath or shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. Outside, the veranda invites you to enjoy long meals at the large table or relaxing moments in the lounge area, alongside a private swimming pool with hydromassage and a barbecue. Bed and bath linen are included and changed weekly. A cot is available for a fee, and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Additionally, the villa is equipped with air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. The villa is situated on an estate where there are two other accommodations. The restaurant and reception are located 200 meters from the villa. The complex features a large and beautiful restaurant, where local residents also enjoy dining. There is also a farm on the estate, which is great fun to visit with children.

The villa is located approximately a 10-minute drive from Alghero, a lively city with a charming historic center full of bars, restaurants, shops, and ice cream parlors. Various boat trips along the coast depart from the harbor. A beautiful white sandy beach with fine sand is situated 5 km from the accommodation and stretches to the village of Fertilia, where the airport is also located. The bay has shallow water, making it safe for children to play in the sea. There are also amenities nearby, such as a bar, restaurant, and rental of sunbeds and parasols. Naturally, there are more beautiful beaches to visit, such as Porto Conte, Le Bombarde, Lazzaretto, and Alghero; the reception will be happy to provide tips and advice regarding these. Culture enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy with sights such as the Nuraghe of Palmavera and the impressive Neptune's Grotto, accessible by boat or via the famous staircase along the rocks.
