The property features 4 bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, each with an ensuite bathroom and direct access to a covered private terrace, ensuring everyone has their own space. The living room, with a seating area and fireplace, forms the heart of the house and connects via French doors to a large covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for long evenings together. The kitchen is practically equipped with a 4-burner hob, refrigerator, and dishwasher, among other things. For a refreshing dip, there is a beautifully situated private swimming pool with sea views. Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, and 6 hours of weekly cleaning assistance are included. Two small beaches are within walking distance, one 100 meters away and the other 700 meters away. The beaches are sheltered by rocks facing in opposite directions, ensuring they are always protected from the Sardinian wind.
