The villa accommodates 12 people and is warmly and tastefully decorated. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with various seating areas, satellite TV, and a fireplace, which flows into a large dining area and a country-style kitchen equipped with a large stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, blender, and espresso machine. From the kitchen and the living room, you can access the large terrace with a veranda directly through French doors. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. There is a staircase to the basement containing a washing machine and dryer. On the first floor, there are four bedrooms with a double bed, each with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The outdoor area is also a place to enjoy with beautiful views, multiple terraces, a sun terrace with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a private outdoor swimming pool that can be heated during cooler months. The pool is surrounded by a stone terrace and a lawn. Additionally, the pool can be beautifully illuminated in the evening with changing colors. There is a large stone barbecue, and parking is available at the villa in the shade under a small canopy. For a fee and upon request, the swimming pool can open earlier (from April 26) or remain open later (until October 18) than the indicated opening dates.

Enjoying the tranquility between hills and the sea

The location combines tranquility and nature with plenty of opportunities for excursions. Situated in a very quiet location, it offers privacy and relaxation with beautiful views of the typical green Tuscan hills. The beaches of Cecina and Marina di Bibbona are about a 15-minute drive away and are perfect for sun, sea, and water sports such as windsurfing and kitesurfing. You can also rent a catamaran or sailboat in Cecina. Or rent a gommoni (rubber boat) and take a fun trip along the coast near Cecina. On the estate itself, you can rent mountain bikes and go on beautiful cycling tours. There is also a riding school and a tennis court nearby. For the kids, there is a fun go-kart track in Cecina Mare and a very nice climbing park on the outskirts of Cecina. In the surrounding area, you will find charming villages such as Guardistallo and Casale Marittimo, and a little further away lie iconic places like Bolgheri, Volterra, and San Gimignano. Pisa, Lucca, and Florence are also easily accessible for a day of culture and gastronomy. After an active day, it is wonderful to come home to this place, where Tuscany feels at its most beautiful.
