This former entirely stone farmhouse has been transformed into a cozy holiday home with a private swimming pool, accommodating 10 people. The holiday home is situated on a large estate approximately 15 km from the beach near Cecina, Tuscany. Its detached location, surrounded by grassland and trees, ensures peace and privacy. An authentic place in Italy where comfort and outdoor living come together.

This characterful natural stone farmhouse accommodates 10 people and is decorated in a warm Tuscan style. On the ground floor is the cozy living room with a seating area, fireplace, and satellite TV, with French doors opening onto the terrace. A few steps down is the eat-in kitchen with a dining area, which connects directly to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, (filter) coffee maker, and toaster. From the kitchen, you have access to the terrace and the garden. Also located on the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom. A staircase leads to the other 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. Two of these have a double bed, both with an adjoining bathroom; the other bedroom has 4 single beds and also has its own bathroom. All bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. The holiday home is pleasantly and tastefully furnished in a Tuscan style. Outside, the spacious garden invites you to enjoy long days in the sun, featuring a private swimming pool that can be heated during cooler months, multiple terraces, a veranda with a long dining table, and a stone barbecue with a pizza oven. All windows have mosquito nets and there is Wi-Fi downstairs.

For a fee and upon request, the swimming pool can open earlier (from April 26) or remain open later (until October 18) than the indicated opening dates. There are several country houses on the estate, but they are spread out in such a way that privacy is guaranteed. There is a central reception for guests.

Charming towns such as Bolgheri with its famous cypress avenue, Castagneto Carducci, and historic Volterra are located in the surrounding area.
