This villa accommodates 8 people and consists of a main building and an annex located a few meters away. The main building has two floors and is suitable for 6 people. On the ground floor is the living room with a seating area, fireplace, and satellite TV, followed by an open kitchen with an island bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven/microwave, filter coffee maker, and espresso machine, complemented by a round dining area. The first floor features three bedrooms, including a spacious master bedroom with a double bed, lounge sofa, bath, and double sink, supplemented by a separate shower and toilet. Additionally, there are two bedrooms with a double bed and a shared bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The annex features a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, ideal for those seeking a little more privacy. Outside, the private swimming pool is located next to the villa, accessible via stone steps, with Roman stairs, an outdoor shower, and sun loungers. Scattered throughout the garden are several terraces and seating areas, including a stone terrace with a dining table and a barbecue with a wood-fired oven. Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, a washing machine, a dryer, and included pool towels provide extra convenience. Bed, bath, and kitchen linens are also included and changed weekly. A baby cot is available free of charge upon request.
