On the ground floor is the living room with a seating area, TV, and dining area, next to the kitchen, which is equipped with a 5-burner hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso machine, moka coffee maker, and toaster. Also on this floor are a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, and a single bedroom, which share a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The single bedroom does not have air conditioning, but all other bedrooms do. Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with two single beds, each with a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. Outside, the large veranda invites you to enjoy long meals and relaxing moments, with a dining table, garden furniture, and barbecue. In the garden lies the private swimming pool with a sun terrace and sun loungers, surrounded by olive trees and shady spots. Cars can easily be parked at the villa.

Those wishing to head into nature can drive towards the Garfagnana and the town of Barga, where a wilder and quieter Tuscany awaits. The coast near Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi is also within easy reach. A visit to the coast is always delightful; the seaside resorts of Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio are 45 km away.
