Downstairs, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace and a kitchen equipped with a sink, 4-burner hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, and oven. Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom features a shower and toilet. On the first floor, you will find a living room with a dining area and kitchenette. There is a bedroom with two single beds and two bedrooms with a double bed. Outside, the fully fenced garden offers plenty of privacy, with a large swimming pool, lawn, and a veranda where you can eat together or enjoy pizzas fresh from the oven. Dogs are allowed; however, the final meters to the house are less suitable for low sports cars.
