FAQ
Do you have a question? You can find a quick answer to the right. Is your question not listed? Feel free to contact us or check the FAQ page.
In theory yes, but in practice we do not recommend it. Italy is a beautiful but vast country. Our accommodations are often located precisely in those quiet, green spots where you can hear the crickets and count the stars at night, and these are usually not around the corner from a train station.
Public transport often takes you to a nearby town or village, but after that, things get tricky. Buses run infrequently, taxis are scarce, and walking with suitcases along country lanes is… well, an adventure in itself.
Do you really want to discover the surroundings, visit a local market, go to that one secluded beach, or a winemaker in the hills? Then your own (rental) car is truly indispensable. This way, you travel at your own pace and get the most out of your holiday.
We collaborate with for this Sunny Cars, a reliable partner where you always rent all-in, without hidden costs. This way, you start your holiday carefree and flexibly.
Certainly. Many accommodations are situated in quiet locations and have plenty of space to play, swim, or have breakfast together with a view of the water. Families will find a nice mix of nature, charming towns, cable cars, boat trips, and child-friendly beaches here.
Absolutely. Many houses have spacious gardens, lovely spots for outdoor dining, and enough bedrooms for the whole family. Children can play safely while you enjoy a good glass of wine with a view of the landscape. Moreover, there is always something to do in the area. Discover everything from castles to beaches and charming towns.
That depends on the park — some are really all year round= open, while others are closed for periods during, for example, the winter or operate with limited facilities.
Example: there are campsites/holiday parks in the Netherlands that are open 365 days a year.
If you tell me which park you mean, I can check for you if that specifically is open all year round.
