The estate features various apartments suitable for couples and families. The 6-person apartment is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer. A stone staircase leads to the first floor, where the living area is located, featuring a double sofa bed and a compact kitchenette with a 4-burner hob and refrigerator. Here you will also find a second bedroom with a double bed and a second bathroom. The covered balcony is furnished with a table and chairs and offers a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a safe, and satellite TV. Some apartments include a dishwasher or washing machine. Wi-Fi is available in the common areas. There are also a few apartments on the estate quietly nestled in greenery, approximately 300 meters from the central area with the swimming pool and restaurant.

Around the swimming pool, you will find a cozy veranda where you can settle down for a cappuccino, a fresh fruit juice, or a homemade cocktail. There is a regular aperitivo or happy hour, creating a relaxed holiday atmosphere. Hikes are organized to Monte Nieddu and bird-rich nature reserves, among others. Boats depart daily from Porto San Paolo to Tavolara and Molara, where you will find impressive views and pristine nature. Moreover, the marine reserve is one of the most beautiful places in Sardinia for diving and snorkeling, with seagrass beds, colorful sponges, and countless fish species. You will find several diving centers in the immediate vicinity. Golf enthusiasts can visit the 9-hole course at Puntaldia, eight kilometers away. For a greater challenge, the famous 18-hole course at Pevero is about an hour's drive away.
