The holiday home for 7 people (6+1) consists of three floors and combines spaciousness with typical Tuscan elements. On the ground floor, there is a large dining area with a long kitchenette equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, a 4-burner hob, an electric mini-oven, an Italian coffee machine, a kettle, and a generous dining table. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a seating area, an extra toilet, and access to a large roof terrace. This terrace offers plenty of privacy and a beautiful panoramic view, ideal for long evenings outdoors. Additionally, an extra bed can be added on this floor.

The top floor features three bedrooms: two with a double bed, each with a private bathroom with shower and toilet, and a third bedroom with two single beds and also a private bathroom. Outside, there is a small private area with a table and chairs. The estate features a swimming pool with a sun terrace, spacious gardens, and playground equipment, while bicycles are available to explore the immediate surroundings. Grassina is located approximately 1 km away, with a supermarket, bakery, ATM, and cozy bars and restaurants — please take into account the elevation changes on the walk back up the hill.
