Inside, you will find an atmospheric living room with a seating area, fireplace, and dining area, ideal for relaxing evenings. The kitchenette is modernly equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, and filter coffee machine. There are three bedrooms with a double bed, and an open sleeping loft with a single bed. The two bathrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet. Outside, you have an outdoor area with garden furniture and a view of the swimming pool. The accommodation features a unique, natural swimming pool with spectacular views of the surrounding Chianti hills. The water is cleaned using a natural biofilter; no chemicals are used whatsoever. The estate, comprising a total of approximately 6 hectares of land, produces olive oil, red and rosé wines, and honey organically.
