The location is peaceful and green, with beautiful views and famous Tuscan cities within easy reach. Here, everything revolves around relaxing and enjoying the scenery.

The apartment accommodates 7 people and is comfortably furnished. The living room features a seating area, dining area, and a double sofa bed suitable for 2 children (up to 12 years old) or 1 adult. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, and a fridge with a freezer compartment. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer. There are 3 single beds on the attic floor. Outside, you have a balcony with seating and panoramic views. The estate consists of several Tuscan-style buildings and is situated in a park of approximately 80 hectares with a spacious garden, a swimming pool with a sun terrace, a small lake where fishing is possible, and a playground for children. Guests can use a washing machine and dryer for shared use. There are opportunities for hiking, cycling, and mountain biking on the grounds, and facilities such as bicycle rental are available. You can also book horse riding lessons through the accommodation. Please note that the estate is also used for weddings; during such events, the central garden and fountain are reserved for guests of the event. If you wish, you can enjoy breakfast, an aperitif, or a lunch with pasta and salads at the accommodation for a fee, served daily in the 'Bistro' (from April to October). Dinner is also available upon request, with a choice of pasta and pizza. The reception, a dining room, and a party hall are located in the main building.
