6-person apartment in Tuscany on a beautiful estate (IT0067-7 No. 2)
In the heart of Chianti Rufina, on a quiet hill overlooking rolling vineyards and fields, lies a beautiful Tuscan estate with 10 charming apartments and a saltwater swimming pool. The landscape is typical of this region: olive trees, vines, woodlands, and crisscrossing paths. A delightful place to enjoy the outdoors, tranquility, and the real Tuscany.
This spacious apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible via an external stone staircase. Inside, you will find a bright living room with a kitchenette, dining table, and a double sofa bed. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and one with two single beds. Additionally, there is a second bathroom with a shower.
Outside, a beautiful covered terrace with arches awaits, ideal for breakfast or dinner with a view of the Tuscan landscape. A surcharge applies for a 5th and 6th person. The photos are indicative; the furnishings may show slight variations per apartment. The saltwater pool with sun loungers offers a beautiful view over the hills. A large part of the grounds is specially furnished for guests. The apartments are located in the historic farmhouse and several characteristic outbuildings and are built in a traditional style with terracotta floors, beamed ceilings, and original details. The estate covers over 48 hectares and operates entirely according to organic principles. Olives, grapes, and grains are still grown here in the traditional way. The grapes are used, among other things, for high-quality DOCG and Chianti wines and a proprietary grappa. Subject to sufficient interest, tours are organized where you walk through the vineyards and learn all about wine culture, the harvest, and the production process. Wine tastings are available in the afternoon upon request. During the high season (June through September), buffet dinners are organized on Wednesdays and Saturdays, subject to sufficient interest and upon request. A breakfast buffet is available for a fee (€10 per person per day). During the summer months, additional activities are often organized, such as yoga among the olive trees, tastings, picnics, and cooking workshops, always subject to sufficient participants.
From the estate, you can walk straight through the vineyards and forests. The surrounding area is bursting with charming villages and historic towns: San Miniato (known for white truffles), Vinci, Greve-in-Chianti, Certaldo, and of course San Gimignano with its many towers. Florence and Siena are also easily accessible for a day trip. Montespertoli (5 km) offers everything you need: a supermarket, butcher, greengrocer, banks, and various restaurants. The region is known for its local festivals, such as the Chianti festivals in May and June, wine tastings in August, and traditional culinary events in the autumn.
Golf enthusiasts can visit the 9-hole course at Montelupo (20 minutes) or the 18-hole course at Ugolino near Florence.
