Holiday apartment with pool in the Chianti

This former 14th-century farmhouse has been restored with great care into a charming accommodation featuring five spacious apartments. Surrounding it lies a 43-hectare estate with woodlands, vineyards, and olive groves as far as the eye can see. In the garden, there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace and panoramic views of the vines. The garden is playfully laid out, with multiple levels, shady corners, a hammock, and a table tennis table. Ideal for families with children.

The apartment accommodates 7 people (5+2 pers.) and is located on the ground floor. Inside, you will find a cozy Pietra-style living room with a fireplace, sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4-burner hob, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and a smaller one with a single bed. The bathroom has a shower, and there is an enclosed private garden with gravel, garden furniture, and plenty of privacy.

The apartment features air conditioning, window screens, and Wi-Fi (best signal on the terrace). Dogs are welcome upon request.
