This former 14th-century farmhouse has been transformed into a charming agriturismo with five spacious apartments, surrounded by a 43-hectare estate full of vines, woodlands, and walking paths. In the garden lies the swimming pool with a sun terrace, from where you overlook the private vineyards. The garden is playfully designed with various terraces, a hammock, benches, and a table tennis table for the children, a place where tranquility and conviviality come together.

The apartment is suitable for 6 people (4+2 pers.) and is spread over three floors. The spacious Tuscan-style living room features a fireplace, sofa bed, dining area, and television (Italian channels). The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4-burner hob, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Through the French doors, you reach a covered private terrace with a view of the vineyards.

On the first floor, two bedrooms with wooden beamed ceilings, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, and two bathrooms with showers. On the second floor: a cozy sitting area with panoramic views of the Tuscan landscape. The apartment features air conditioning, window screens, and Wi-Fi (best reception on the terrace).
