Modern chalets are nestled among the pine trees on the 36-hectare car-free grounds. The chalet (6+1 persons) features a living area with a dining area and kitchenette (hob, combination microwave, fridge with freezer, moka pot), 2 bedrooms each with a double bed (160×190), 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, and 2 bathrooms with a shower, toilet, washbasin, and hairdryer. Outside, you will find a 30 m² veranda with a table, 8 chairs, 2 sunbeds, and 2 lounge chairs. Air conditioning, mosquito nets, and Wi-Fi are available. A baby cot or child's bed can be added upon request. The park has a private beach where you can rent sunbeds and parasols, 2 swimming pools (375 m² and 210 m²), and 4 whirlpools. At the beach, you will find a beach bar for snacks and drinks, and at the large swimming pool, a pool bar where breakfast is also available in the morning. There are numerous activities such as aerobics, aqua gym, tennis, beach volleyball, football, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, and catamaran rental. For children, there are clubs for ages 3 to 16, playgrounds, and daily entertainment. On the park grounds, you will find a pizzeria (including gluten-free options), a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant by the sea, and a supermarket. Payment is easy using a wristband linked to your credit card.

Surrounding the park are beautiful cycling routes through forests and dune areas. By car, you can reach famous Tuscan cities such as Pisa (with the Piazza dei Miracoli), Volterra, Florence, and Siena.

Just a few kilometers away lies Castagneto Carducci, a charming village with winding streets, viewpoints, and the small museum in the former home of poet Giosuè Carducci. The region is known for its top wines such as Antinori and Ornellaia; wine tastings and cantina visits can be booked through the reception.
