Inside, you will find a living and dining area with a double sofa bed, television, and a kitchenette equipped with a 4-burner hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, kettle, and a moka coffee maker. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. Outside, you have a private terrace with garden furniture. The large swimming pool of approximately 200 m² is equipped with sun loungers and parasols, and for the little ones, there is a separate children's pool with an adjacent play area featuring a swing, slide, and table tennis. Furthermore, a shared barbecue and a washing machine are available. The access road is a slightly uphill, unpaved road; it is useful to take this into account in advance. A car is necessary for daily shopping.
