The park is built in a traditional Tuscan style, with natural stone walls, beamed ceilings, and terracotta floors. The apartment is located on the ground floor or the first floor and is suitable for 4 people. Inside, you will find a living and dining area with a double sofa bed, television, and a kitchenette equipped with a 4-burner hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, and a moka coffee maker. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The two bathrooms feature a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. Outside, you have a private terrace/balcony with garden furniture. The large swimming pool of approx. 200 m² is equipped with sun loungers and parasols, and for the little ones there is a separate children's pool as well as table tennis. Furthermore, a shared barbecue and a washing machine (for a fee) are available. The access road is a slightly uphill, unpaved road; it is useful to take this into account in advance. A car is necessary for daily shopping.

From the park, you can enjoy the characteristic Tuscan landscape everywhere, both at your apartment and by the pool. The proximity to the coast makes it easy to alternate beach days with excursions into nature, charming villages, and Italian gastronomy. A delightful place for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany.
