Apartment for 4 people near the Tuscan coast with pool (IT0135-10)
Located in the beautiful hilly landscape of Santa Luce, this stunning apartment is situated in a lovely holiday park featuring a swimming pool with a separate children's pool and designed like a small Tuscan village. From the terrace, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding hills. In the distance, you might even smell the salty sea air of the Tyrrhenian Sea, as the accommodation is a short drive from the Tuscan coast.
This cozy, child-friendly apartment for 4 people is located on the ground floor and the first floor. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and bidet. The spiral staircase leading downstairs is fitted with a safety rail. The living area features a sofa, a dining area, and a kitchen with a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a stovetop, a microwave, and a coffee maker. From the living room and the kitchen, French doors open onto the spacious private garden with garden furniture, a panoramic view, and plenty of privacy. You can reach the swimming pool and the restaurant in a few minutes via a path or a stone staircase. Please note that wearing a swimming cap is mandatory at the pool. The car can be parked at the apartment. The restaurant introduces you to organic Tuscan cuisine, and breakfast is also available here.
The quiet hamlet of Pomaia is within walking distance and is home to a few shops and an ice cream parlor. For daily groceries, you can go to Rosignano, 7 kilometers away. Bird lovers can discover the nearby Santa Luce nature reserve. The authentic villages of Pastina and Pieve di Santa Luce are located close by. The beautiful beach of Castiglioncello is 14 kilometers away and offers a perfect combination of sun, sea, and cozy terraces. But the Etruscan coast has more charming seaside resorts; take, for example, Vada, 15 km away, with its vast white beaches, and not forgetting Marina di Cecina, 20 km away, with its pleasant promenade. For a day trip, you can drive to Piombine in an hour. Daily crossings depart from this port city to Elba, the largest island of the Tuscan Archipelago. The medieval towns of San Gimignano and Volterra are also very nice to visit. The historic center of San Gimignano, which is included in the UNESCO World Heritage list, is especially known for its 13 towers. Volterra is one of the most famous art cities in Tuscany, known for the beautiful works of art made here from alabaster.
