This three-room apartment (D2, D3, D4, D5) is located on the edge of the grounds, opposite the swimming pool, and is suitable for six people.

On the ground floor, there is a living area with a fireplace, a double sofa bed, a dining area, and a kitchenette with a microwave and TV.

The upper floor features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two to three single beds, plus a bathroom with a bathtub. Outside, there is a covered terrace with a dining table, chairs, and a barbecue, overlooking the swimming pool and the surrounding hills. The decor is simple yet atmospheric, with many natural materials and warm colors that perfectly complement the Tuscan style.

Centrally located on the grounds is a large swimming pool of approximately 300 m² with a shallow section for children and hydromassage. Sun loungers and parasols surround the pool, perfect for relaxing while the children have fun. There is a playing field with football goals, a table tennis table, and playground equipment, and ice cream and drinks are available at the bar. Thanks to the location on a hill, you enjoy Cool summer evenings and a beautiful view over the Tuscan valley. The apartments are simply but comfortably furnished and equipped with air conditioning, ideal on warm summer days.

Within half an hour, you can reach the beaches of Cecina Mare, Bibbona, or Vada, where you can enjoy the sun, sea, and Italian hospitality. A visit to Volterra, Pisa, Lucca, or San Gimignano is also highly recommended. In In Bolgheri, you can taste famous wines such as Sassicaia, while the cypress avenue Viale dei Cipressi is considered one of the most beautiful in Italy. For families, there are countless fun excursions, such as the Il Giardino Sospeso climbing forest (13 km), the Cavallino Matto amusement park (30 km), or horseback riding along the coast near Marina di Cecina. In Cecina has a weekly market on Tuesdays (also Sundays in the summer), where you will find supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, and restaurants.
