The historic 18th-century country house, once part of an old fattoria, has been converted into a small-scale resort featuring 12 comfortable Tuscan-style apartments. The 4-person apartment is located on the ground floor and has a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. Outside, there is a private terrace with a veranda and garden furniture. Thanks to the bread delivery service, you can enjoy fresh bread rolls in the morning. The property features a spacious 18x11 meter swimming pool, a 5x4 meter children's pool, and a large sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Children can play in the covered play area or romp in the 1,5-hectare pine forest with walking trails, jogging tracks, and picnic areas. For shared use, there are barbecue zones and a large shaded terrace overlooking the pool. During the high season, a convivial evening with music and Tuscan snacks is organized weekly.
