The residence has 34 modern, nicely furnished and bright holiday apartments and it is located on the north-east coast of Sardinia, 1 km away from the beach of Cala dei Ginepri. The lively town of Baja Sardinia is only 5 km away. From the terraces you will have a beautiful view of the Archipelago della Maddalena and, when the weather is clear enough, even Corsica!
The holiday homes are located in 3 different buildings and on different levels, which means some apartments will also have a view of the sea. There is a lift that connects the main building with the reception to the parking area and the swimming pool.
The holiday homes are surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and green wooded hills. The apartments with a view on the sea are available for an additional cost.
There is a panoramic swimming pool and a sun terrace, for the kids there is also a small playground with a swing and a playhouse. The cars can be parked in a spacious parking lot, where there are also bicycles available for use. The Wi-Fi is also available but limited to pool and reception use and with limits.
The reception is open at specific times of the day. There are different types of apartments available, namely studios, apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. All the holiday apartments have air conditioning.
Evening entertainment, restaurant and bar are not available at the residence, but you can reach Baja Sardinia in 10 minutes by car. Having a care is therefore strongly recommended. At the residence there are some snack machines to buy snacks and drinks.
N.B: Due to its location and construction there are level differences and stairs at the residence, making it less suitable for people with mobility issues.
