After booking, you will first receive a request confirmation from us. The landlord checks the request, and upon approval, you will immediately receive a reservation confirmation.
Just to be sure, please check your spam folder, as our email sometimes ends up there by mistake. Still haven't found anything? Then please contact us. We will gladly resend the confirmation and immediately check if everything went well.

Yes, you are booking with a reliable Dutch travel organization affiliated with the VVKR (Association of Small-Scale Travel Organizations). This means that we operate according to clear terms and conditions and carefully select accommodations. You are assured of personal service, honest information, and a secure booking process.
After your final reservation, you will receive the booking confirmation and payment instructions from us. We ask you to pay a deposit of 40% of the total amount within 5 days.
You pay the remaining amount (the other 60%) no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Are you booking closer to departure? Then you pay the full amount in one go.
